TAG Heuer Microtimer

One of the milestones in Tag Heuer’s history was the creation of Microtimer, the first Swiss-made electronic movement, with stunning precision to 1/1000th of a second. Along with its breakthrough technology, this amazing product of the haute horology possesses beautiful design, created exclusively for men and women with the sophisticated, avant-guard style.

The Swiss watchmaker presented Microtimer in 2003, just one year after its new Micrograph Formula One had been awarded for the best design, at the 2002 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Geneve. In order to make another revolution in the watchmaking industry, Tag Heuer took over the perfect design concept of Micrograph and combined it with an upgraded quartz module, with 1/1000 second accuracy.

Mostly inspired by Formula One racing, Tag Heuer Microtimer is a multi-functional timepiece with a striking black background of the LCD that shows the usual watch functions, as well as information about lap time, the fastest lap, the number of laps and finally, about the total race time.
