Sector – No Limits

The Italian watch company was found in the year 1973 and has grown into a prestigious brand, which is recognizable worldwide thanks to its quality but, equally important, thanks to its unique philosophy, which has led the company to the strong connections with the superb athletes, to bring glory to its brand.
The brand is closely associated with sports, particularly extreme sports, as a sponsor of various extreme challenges, like extreme kayaking, flying over the Sahara, free diving, rock climbing, most demanding expeditions and others.
These extreme challenges are not just a part of company’s marketing plan. They put Sector watches on constant test and this unusual experiments with materials, shapes and mechanisms, in most demanding situations, brings continuously improvement in Sector watch line.
As part of the No Limits concept, Sector sponsors a team of extreme athletes, No Limits Team, an international group of more than 20 men and women, who participate in the most extreme voyages and send a feedback to Sector’s constructors and designers.
In September 1997, expert diver Umberto Pellizzari set the world record in unassisted diving, reaching incredible ocean depths on a single breath. Same year, Norwegian explorer Børge Ousland walked 1,764 miles on foot in 64 days to become the first human to cross the Antarctic alone.
In 1991, French seaman Gerard d’Aboville completed an astounding solo row across the Pacific Ocean, from Japan to North America’s West Coast. American Tori Murden faced a similar challenge and row across the North Atlantic Ocean alone and unsupported in the summer of 1998.
Sector Group has also created a line of high-performance athletic gear, a magazine, television program and network of extreme sports centers around the world.
During last few years, Sector has been trying to expand its philosophy worldwide. Company is now seeking a closer connection with sportsmen of all levels.
