Nautica Watches has divided its offer to series in accordance to the material that is used for the bracelets, so it is not hard to guess what kinds of products are placed in the Metal collection. The entire series consists of watches with Japanese quartz movements that are constructed with three-row bands made of brushed or polished stainless steel. Likewise, all the cases of these products are made from the same material. The shape of cases is exclusively round, and the diameters span from 39 to 46 mm.

Besides, the Metal lineage solely includes mineral crystals as face protectors. The bezels of these timepieces are just like the cases and bracelets constructed from steel and can be either unidirectional rotating or fixed. The most expensive model in the collection (Metal watches include prices between $100 and $240) includes a tachymeter on the bezel, and metal accents that facilitate calculations of speed and distance. In other models that have tachymetric scales, it is located on the outer part of the dial. The vast majority of these timepieces include chronograph functions, with sub-dials presented in different layouts, either on the lower on the left side of their faces. The only product without the stopwatch feature is decorated with nautical flags that are used as hour markers. Available dial colors are black, silver, gray and black. The last in the list of common features is water resistance to 100 m.
