Subaqua Collection

Watches from the Subaqua series of Invicta watches are constructed with the basic idea of the company to make a product that will be reliable when facing depths. To achieve this, the manufacturer integrated a plenty of specialized features which include unidirectional rotating bezels, screw down crowns made of steel and with protectors, diver buckles with safety locks, and shock resistance. Of course, considering their intention, it is not surprising that they are water proof to 500 m. The collection includes (mostly) men’s wristwatches, but also two ladies’ models. They are all circular-shaped and quite large. Most of the products for men have the diameters of 50 mm (two are 5 mm narrower), whereas women’s watches feature the diameters of 40 mm. This collection involves ten basic models, available in various colors.

While most of them have quartz movements, one of the models is made with SW2000 automatic movement with 26 jewels (this mechanism is virtually identical to ETA 2824-2 mechanism). Large majority of models are made with chrono functions. All of them (like virtually all Invictas) are constructed with flame fusion glasses. Each of the timepieces from the lineage also includes a date display.

The cases of Subaqua watches are made of stainless steel, often with black or gold ionic plating. Bracelets which, as previously said, have diver buckles with protectors (clearly it is better to be safe than sorry while diving), are either completely out of steel, or a combination of steel and high-grade polyurethane. Besides, there is a very large number of models with two-tone colored straps. Speaking of colors, available dials are in assorted tones, some of them with very original design and color-patterns.
