As its name undoubtedly suggests, the Luminary collection of Invicta Watches has a special ability to shine. It differs from the other series of the manufacturer, since it uses a special technology that enables these watches to be impeccably readable in the dark. So, unlike most Invicta products that are equipped with Trinite luminous technology, the Luminary has something else. Hands and bar-shaped indexes of these timepieces are supplied with mb-Microtec luminary tubes. As a result, the wearer has no problems spotting the positions of hands even when it is extremely dark.
Unfortunately, the collection is pretty small and includes one basic model in three variations (though nominally, these are three different models). They are made with large cases, made of surgical grade solid stainless steel (with or without ionic plating). Unsurprisingly, these products also include flame fusion crystals and quartz mechanisms.
Each of the timepieces from the series has a unidirectional bezel and a sunray-patterned dial (blue or black). Speaking of functions, they all include day and date displays and chronographs. All of the available models are constructed with steel bracelets that fasten with diver buckles with safety. In spite of the type of the buckle, these are not really watches suitable for diving. With water resistance up to 100 meters, they are more fitting for swimming or snorkeling.
