The Gemini series by Bulova Accutron Watches is entirely comprised of men’s mechanical timepieces. Compared to other lines of products by the same brand, the Gemini collection offers a greater variety of used mechanisms. Apart from the Sellita SW200 movements that this manufacturer usually uses, the series also has wristwatches with the ETA 6498-1, ETA 2893-2 and ETA 7750 Valjoux mechanisms. Depending on the selected mechanisms, these watches can include different functions, such as chronographs, dual time zones, small seconds sub-dials or large date and day displays. The entire Gemini collection is constructed with mid-sized round steel cases and guarded with anti-reflective sapphire crystals.
All of the classically styled and carefully constructed dials are made with some sorts of patterns on them. They can be with Roman or Arabic numerals, or in some cases with bar-shaped hour markers. The prevailing colors of dials are black and silver. The exceptions are models with red gold plating which have matching dials, or at least, matching accents on them. Interesting details, like onion-shaped crowns are sometimes present.
Two materials used for the bracelets are stainless steel and leather. The steel bracelets are comprised of five rows and fasten with double-pusher deployment buckles, whereas the leather straps are padded and stitched. Straps used for these watches are either brown or black. Each of the watches is water tight to 50 m.
