Tissot Heritage Porto Chronograph is the one of several very successful reinterpretations in the classic Art Deco design. Tissot designers traveled back in 1919 to take the elegance from the original with tonneau shaped case and white dial, huge Arabic numerals and one small seconds sub-dial.
Original and Changes
New Tissot Heritage Porto watch comes for the first time with the chronograph function, which expends its versatility and range of potential customers. Now, it’s not just about style. This watch possess the superb functionality for the modern man with all-round activities.
The 30 minutes counter is literary located at 9 and 10, covering the biggest part of the large Arabic numbers. The same thing is with the 1/10 second stop-watch that is positioned at 2 and 3, while the third, 60 seconds chrono sub-dial takes the 6 o’clock position, along with the date window.
Design of numerals, hours and minutes indices, as well as the shape of beautiful classical watch hands was completely taken from its ancestor.
New Tissot Heritage Porto Chronograph watch has a tonneau shaped case with diameters of 42,5 and 32,4 mm. It’s made of stainless steel, as well as its stationary bezel. This watch from Tissot Heritage Collection is covered with the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and has a resistance to the water pressure up to 30 meters (99 feet).
Tissot Heritage Porto is available in two variations – the one with the silver dial has a black leather strap, with the deployment clasp. Second has a black dial and comes with the brown leather. Both versions are powered with highly accurate quartz movement.
