As a part of the Sector Urban Family of watches, all 450 Chronograph models boast the same sports personality and dynamic design based on contemporary versatility.
This year, Sector has unveiled three Chronograph 450 watches, each powered by the precise and reliable Swiss made quartz movement and each housed in an oversized stainless steel case.
The very first thing on this newcomer that catches the glances is the inverted position of the screw-down crown and two differently designed chronograph pushers which are located on the left side. They are also oversized and they feature a massive side protection.
The masculine case of the new Chronograph 450 measures 48mm and it is shielded with a mineral glass. The water resistance is assured down to 100 meters (circa 330 feet). Underneath the front glass lies a black dial with three sub-dials and a date aperture at the 9 o’clock position.
Sector originally decorated the dial of two ip coated models with applied Arabic numerals 4, 8 and 12; engraved numerals 2, 6 and 10, and engraved indexes which indicate odd hours. Two chrono counters are located at the 6 o’clock position and at the 12 o’clock position, whilst a small seconds sub-dial is placed at the 3 o’clock position. A tachymeter scale with white Arabic numerals nicely rounds the dial.
Two versions of the Chronograph 450 watch are attached to elegant black leather straps fitted with aridillon buckles. There is a choice between a stainless steel case and a rose gold ip coated steel case (their referent numbers are R3271776003 and R3271776002). The first one is priced €269 (about $370), while the rose gold variant can be purchased for €319 (approximately $438). Thanks to the rubber strap with a striking yellow line and matching colors of its chronograph hands, the third model with the referent number R3271776001 features sportier design codes. The retail price of this model is €299 or $410.
