The digital watches from Sector Expander Outdoor Series, as the name suggests, are firstly intended for outdoor activities. They are equipped with some advanced and highly useful functions that you might needed during jogging or while you are walking across some strange areas.
This series includes timepieces for both men and women who enjoy their lives outdoors. There are seven Outdoor watches, and each of them is equipped with various useful instruments.
Outdoor GPS Navigator Chronograph Watch
Outdoor GPS Navigator has an oversized round case with 49 mm in diameter. Its black case is made of plastic and attached to the matching black rubber strap with a pin buckle. The model R3251188015 also has a screw down case back and it is coated with a mineral crystal.
The watch incorporates certain advanced features, such as a stopwatch (1/100 seconds with adding and split time), five alarms, dual time, an altimeter, a barometer, a compass, integrated GPS and navigation system connected to Google Maps and a 2.4 GHz heart rate monitor with storage. For best readability, Sector incorporated a background light, while all information can be easily transmitted via a USB cable. The only thing that I can criticize is modest water resistance of this watch. It is water proof to only 30 meters (98 feet) beneath water surface. This multifunction digital wristwatch can be purchased for $475.
Outdoor Step Counter Chronograph Watch
If you enjoy walking or jogging, and also want to know what distance you have crossed, then Outdoor Step Counter Chronograph is a perfect watch for you. This digital wristwatch comes in a rectangular plastic case and allows 50 meters (165 feet) of water resistance.
The quartz digital movement incorporated in this watch provides some common functions (hour, minute and seconds, as well as a day/date and chronograph functions), and some specialized functions such as a calorie burn counter, a pedometer, a speed sensor and a distance counter. Sector offers two versions of this timepiece. The first model R3251274115 sports a white case and also a white silicon strap, while the version with the referent number R3251274015 features a black colored case and the matching silicon strap. Each of these models is priced about $135.
Outdoor Multifunction Watches
If you like to explore unfamiliar places – the Outdoor Multifunction Watch with Pathfinder can be your useful tool. This chronograph watch is equipped with a set of highly useful instruments. It features a pathfinder, a compass, GPS, a thermometer, as well as alarm, backlight and day/date functions. A round case, measuring 45 mm in diameter, with the thickness of 15 mm, is made of plastic and attached to a silicone strap. The watch is available with a matt silver-gray bezel (R3251174215), or with a sleek black bezel (R3251174315). Whichever model you choose, the retail price is $135.
There are also two more expensive models with advanced features. The first one is the version with the referent number R3251174025. This multifunction watch provides the same functions as the previous ones, with an additional altimeter function. It also has a nicely printed compass scale, set on its bezel. For this watch, you will pay about $245.
The most expensive model (besides the GPS Navigator) is Outdoor multifunction watch with heart rate data. It is priced about $270. The model R3251174115 is perfect for people who love to put themselves to the test. This unisex watch incorporates various functions such as a chronograph with a heart rate monitor, an altimeter, a compass, a barometer, a thermometer (a chest strap included), as well as an alarm and dual time function.
