This boldly designed chronograph is precise on time and measurement. It is equipped with a Swiss made, ISA 8172/220 quartz chronograph movement that will keep the time excellent for a long period.
The watch is housed in a stainless steel case with polished sides and a brushed top. The quite large case has 45 mm in diameter with the thickness of 14 mm. It features a bezel with a unidirectional tachymeter scale, coated with a perfect matte insert in various colors.
This Sector men’s watch carries the hex head accents, set over the chronograph pushers, which gives a gentle tactile feel. The pushers, as well as a perfectly sized crown are screw down. Also, the crown is signed with the plastic brand’s logo. The watch also has a screw down case back with the lettering “Ocean Master” and it allows amazing 100 meters (660 feet) of water resistance for the case or the mechanism. Its dial window is shielded with a sapphire crystal and it has no distortion or imperfections.
The dial features applied luminous markers which are set horizontally, and three sub-dials rimmed with a polished circle. The counters include Arabic numerals and indices. The easily read hour and minute hands are skeletonized with luminous arrow tips, while the thin chronograph second hand has a luminous tail piece showing the Sector logo. The small sub-dial hands are also skeletonized with luminous tips. I must say that the Italian watchmaker gave a great attention to details this time (well done). There is also a quickset date window which is charmingly set at the 4 o’clock position. The chronograph measures up to 30 minutes in 1/10th of a second, with no lap timing capability. The first sub-dial, set at the 2 o’clock position, remains stationary until the chronograph is stopped and then displays 1/10th of a second reading. The second sub-dial, set at the 6 o’clock, is the main watch seconds hand, while at the 10 o’clock position, 30 minute chrono counter is situated.

Sector offers five models from the Ocean Master Series. Two variants are attached to an extremely comfortable rubber straps. The exceptional model R3251966115 features a black dial with a wave pattern running across it, and a strap with the matching color. The eye-catching model R3251966235 sports a blue dial, a strap and a bezel. Three other models are joined to a nicely crafted three raw bracelets. Each of the links is polished and brushed across the face. The bracelets end with a signed pushbutton double locking clasp and a nice hefty machined deployant. There is a choice among models with a black dial and an orange bezel (R3273670025), a blue dial and a blue bezel (R3253966135) or a white dial and a black bezel (R3253966115).

I lovely this watch. It really looks great and powerful but this chronograph has little water resistant.
For me the price is right.
I have noticed one interesting thing. If you compare two models, for example models R3251966235 and R3253966135, you will see that the first one looks like a sport watch and it has a sport character. On the other side, there is a second model which looks like elegant watch made for businessmen. Personally, I prefer watches like the second one, watches with elegant, serious and gallant character.
Nelson, you are right, but not completely. The model with a stainless steel bracelet doesn`t have elegant and gallant character. Please, don`t say that. It is a nice modern watch for everyday situations.
Ted has the point. This is an everyday watch which looks very fine and it has very good functions and it`s the product of a well known brand Sector. I`m impressed with the price of the watch. It`s a rare example that you can buy a quality and reliable watch for only $250 to $500.
