Shark Master 1000M is Sector’s strongest timepiece since its case construction resists water pressure up to outstanding 1,000 meters (3,300 feet). This mind-blowing diving watch is characterized by high quality and extensive range of useful features.

The boldly looking timepiece is available with an imposing 46 mm case crafted from top-grade stainless steel treated with black PVD coating. The round case incorporates a black PVD bezel with a unidirectional rotating tachymeter scale which can be used for a dive time indication. Set on the left side, the masculine case also includes a screw down crown and an additional crown for turnable inner ring. Its outstanding durability is also provided with a screw down case back.

Shark Master 1000M is powered by a Swiss made ETA 2824 automatic movement which is built on 25 jewels. Its precision and reliability have also been insured by a helium escape valve, which provides functionality for professional divers operating at great depths for the prolonged periods of time.

This brand’s masterpiece from the Marine Collection is attached to a comfortable black rubber strap. Sector offers two variants of Shark Master 1000M. The exceptional model R3221178025 has a sleek black dial with a blue diver figure set between four and five o’clock positions. This symbol properly reveals to whom this watch is intended. And if you accidentally forget what date is, do not worry – a date window is available at the six o’clock position.

The more striking model R3251178025 features a two-toned black and gray dial with a wave pattern running across it. It features two blue colored brand’s logos printed on both sides near the case, as well as blue accented details included on the tachymeter scale. This model includes a date window as well. The right date is available at the four o’clock position.

No matter which model you choose, the retail price of this diving watch is on the higher side for Sector – about $1,250.

Since Sector is closely associated with sports, particularly extreme sports, this Shark Master is dedicated to the most successful free diver, Patrick Musimu. Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this 31-year-old diver has approached the discipline of free diving relatively late. Regardless that fact, six years ago, he cracked the previous “No Limit” world record in freediving, by diving to 209 meters of depth without the use of a breathing apparatus. Also, he is able to hold his breath for more than 8 minutes and 33 seconds (he has a lung capacity of 9 liters).

Musimu plans to explore new human boundaries below 200 meters in partnership with Sector. This event will probably take place in Italy.

This watch costs a lot of money, but the Sector is an irreplaceable brand. Quality and reliability are the mirror of the brand.
In addition, this model looks interesting and powerful.

  2. Jamison Morin November 3, 2011

I don’t agree with Adam about the price because the price of this watch is the golden mean. This is an excellent watch for diving, but I think that the biggest disadvantage of this watch isn’t a Chronograph.

  3. Key Osvaldo November 3, 2011

Jamison, there are many diving chronograph watches on this site. Chronograph is really much better, but this model has features consistent with its cost.

  4. Steven Myers May 22, 2012

I’m thinking of buying a watch, but it must be very durable since I wear a watch on my hand 24 hours, 12 months, 365/6 days a year.
It’s very important that the watch is quality, precise and of course, that it has great water resistance. Also, the battery is very important to me.
I am interested in one of these two models, but I would like to hear your opinion or experience.

  5. Gary Green May 22, 2012

Steven, you did not say which mechanism you prefer. I suppose that you want a Swiss mechanism. If you are a fan of this perfectly precise mechanism, then it is an excellent choice. These fascinating models have huge water resistance and interesting sporty design.

  6. Jimmy Carter May 22, 2012

These watches have excellent features, but I do not like the design of their dials. On this site, there are sports watches with fewer details on the dials and they look much nicer.
Besides, these are the ultimate sports models.

  7. Derek Simpson July 17, 2012

Sector Marine Shark Master 1000m is an excellent watch with great water resistance of 3.300 feet. ETA 2824 automatic movement which is built on 25 jewels is so good. I like its precision and reliability which are insured by a helium escape valve. This watch deserves more than the mentioned price. I love it!

  8. Ronnie Daniels July 17, 2012

http://www.ewatches.com has the exclusive discounts of up to 85%! This is a huge savings. I am thrilled! But, I am sorry that Sector Marine Shark Master 1000m does not have discount on Ewatches and on Ebay. I often buy things at discounts. In this way, I buy quality goods for a little money.

  9. Jon Griffin July 17, 2012

I decided not to waste money on cheap watches, but to buy a quality watch that will serve me for a long time. I’d like to hear your opinion, what is a good buy? And which stores give discounts for cash payment? Thanks in advance, regards!
