That depends what are you looking for. From new models I could say that Certina … is a perfect choice. Maybe you can look some of last year’s models from Tissot, Festina… Tissot Lady Heart is interesting, but it is a little bit under your price range. Also, instead one – you can treat yourself with two more affordable timepieces (for example, Festina Strictly Cosmopolitan and Casio Baby-G).

I agree, it really depends on what kind of watch you are looking for. Mechanical or quartz? Any particular style?
For example, if you want a mechanical watch, you could buy a model from the Chinese brand Seagull in that price range. If you want a nice looking quartz watch on the other hand (no pun intended ), you can get one of many from the Bulova Dress collection.
