For Only Watch 2013 charity auction, Armin Strom has prepared a true masterpiece. The One Week Skeleton Water for Only Watch 2013 reflects the brand’s forty-year skeleton watch tradition and at the same time, it is a transition into the present era.

This unique timepiece is the part of the One Week collection, which is known for their connection with the four elements namely, earth, fire, air and water. The watch unveils the art of fine watchmaking. It has been skeletonized, engraved and decorated by hand.

Armin Strom One Week Skeleton Water for Only Watch 2013The Armin Strom timepiece which will be proposed by auction in Monaco on the 28 September is equipped with the in-house made caliber ARM09 mechanical movement with double going barrel. The mechanism is compiled on the 34 jewels, has a frequency of 18,800 oscillations per hour, 7-day power-reserve and off-center time indications. It consists of 146 individual parts.

The watch is housed in 18-karat white gold case which measures 43.4mm in diameter and 13mm in thickness. The case is shielded on both sides with sapphire crystals treated with anti-reflective coating. The case is constructed to resist water pressure of up to 50 meters (about 165 feet).

Its skeletonized dial is nicely rounded with the white dial ring with affixed appliques. There is also a power reserve indicator located at the 9 o’clock position.

Armin Strom One Week Skeleton Water 2013 Only WatchThis one-of-a-kind piece shows skeletonized bridges and bottom plate. The sapphire case back of the watch reveals a highly intricate level of component finishing, such as the gear-train bridge which is hand-engraved with waves in honor of the element Water, thus completing this unique piece of art.

Armin Strom One Week Skeleton Water for Only Watch 2013 is attached to a genuine blue alligator horn-back leather strap, comprising a double folding clasp, as well as an additional blue rubber strap. This unique timepiece comes in a high-quality box with a certificate.

The Only Watch 2013 charity auction will be taking place at the Hotel Hermitage in Monaco. The auction is organized by the Monegasque Association against Muscular Dystrophy, also known as the AMM, under the patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco. By supporting research for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, the Armin Strom confirms its commitment to childhood and to life in general.  The fifth edition of Only Watch will feature forty of the greatest watch brands.
