By following its 40 year old design philosophy, Porsche extended its Flat Six P’6300 range of ultra- modern sport watches, suitable for both men and women. Designed in 10 variations, Porsche Design P’6350 timepiece comes with a robust, 44mm stainless steel case, while the ladies can choose among numerous colors of a P’6351 model that features the same design, but a significantly smaller size. Finally, the highlight of this edition is a P’6360 Flat Six Chronograph, presenting a beautifully designed and highly functional dial.

Ever since it was founded by FA Porsche, four decades ago, Porsche Design has been devoted to making of high-quality watches with functional, clear and simple design without unnecessary elements. The new released Flat Six P’6300 line represents another successful implementation of the brand’s principles.

A large, clear dial of the P’6350 model nicely demonstrates this philosophy, by displaying just ultra-legible hour, minute and central second hands, as well as six broad Arabic numerals. The minute track is placed on the outer rim of the dial, available in ten different color combinations, while numerals that indicate every fifth minute are inscribed on the inner bezel flange.

Crafted in mat-finished and polished stainless steel, the P’6350 watch has the diameter of 44mm. It is powered by a Sellita SW200 Calibre self-winding mechanism. It oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 beats per hour and provides 38 hours of power reserve. The P’6351 has the same design and mechanism, but it comes with the 40mm case. It is also available in ten different variations. Bellow, you can see the feminine version with a white dial, a golden flange and a white rubber strap.

The absolute highlight of the new Porsche Design line is the P’6360 Flat Six Chronograph which is beautifully designed in the spirit of modern racing timepieces. Its carbon fiber dial (similar to TAG Heuer Carrera MP4-12C Chronograph) features three sub-dials: the 30-minute counter is positioned at the 12 o’clock, the 12-hour counter is at the 6 o’clock position, while the small second sub-dial takes the 9 o’clock position. The double-date window at the 3 o’clock position shows weekday and date. The dial, available either in black, red or white, is highly readable thanks to the use of luminous materials. A tachymeter scale is engraved on the inner bezel ring for measuring speeds from 50 to 330 km/h.

The 44mm case is either made of stainless steel or PVD-coated stainless steel. Both versions are nicely polished and mat-finished. They are available either with matching bracelets or with black rubber straps. Inside the case, there is an ETA Valjoux 7750 self-winding chronograph movement with Porsche Design rotor system. It oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per day and has the power-reserve of 48 hours. This striking chronograph is water-resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet) and it is covered with anti-reflective, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both sides.
