Perrelet has presented a new version of its flagship model Turbine Diver. The white newcomer has a sleek stainless steel case, a two-level white dial, an internal rotating diver’s bezel and a rubber diver strap.

The New Perrelet Turbine Diver in White
Its steel case with white-colored details measures 47.5mm in diameter. The generously sized case is shielded on both sides with anti-reflective sapphire crystals. The water resistance of the new Perrelet is assured down to 300 meters (approximately 1,000 feet) which makes this watch perfectly suitable for scuba diving at ocean’s depths.
This novelty with the referent number A1066/2 boasts the original Perrelet Turbine double-rotor which is perfectly integrated on a dive watch. It has 11 curved rotor blades evoking screw submarine.
The brand’s well known double rotor system boasts a second rotor on the dial which is connected to the rear rotor of the movement. Its rotor rotates on a fluorescent surface, thus creating the illusion of a luminescent dial. The turbine on the dial spins with every movement of the wearer’s wrist. Besides providing a stunning visual impression, it also offers perfect legibility. The dial surface is shielded with many layers of white Superluminova.

Perrelet Turbine Diver In White Watch
As you can see, the design of the watch is quite simple and very functional. A rotating inner bezel ring is for measuring diving time. The single crown with the protection system is located at the 10 o’clock position.
The new Perrelet Turbine Diver in White is powered by the in-house manufactured caliber P-331 double rotor movement. This mechanism is incorporated in all Turbine Diver timepieces. The impeccable mechanism is built on 25 jewels and it provides about 40 hours of power reserve.
The watch is attached to a matching white rubber bracelet, ending with a stainless steel pin buckle. The manufacturer’s recommended price for this novelty is $7,300.
