By taking the inspiration from F1 car’s weight reduction technology, Linde Werdelin created three new SpidoLite II models which seem like real deals for serious sportsmen. Crafted in titanium with skeletonized cases and dial construction, these bold looking watches are ultra-light despite their robustness. SpidoLite II Titanium Blue, SpidoLite II Titanium Red and SpidoLite II Black Gold watches are powered by self-winding mechanisms and come in a limited series of 75 pieces each.

Linde Werdelin Spidolite II Watches
Characteristic by its innovative design and an extremely complex architecture, the Spido Collection has immediately become one of the brand’s trademarks. Three new models are made of titanium. The most luxurious among them, the SpidoLite II Black Gold watch features black DLC coating and pink gold inserts on the skeletonized dial. All three timepieces have a masculine construction, with 44mm x 46mm x 15mm case dimensions. The case, which passed serious processing to reduce a weight while maintaining hardness, is built of 19 parts. Each component is individually produced and some of them passed microbillé and satin finish treatment.

Both sides of the case are covered with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal that reveals a LW 04 Caliber self-winding movement, specially made for Linde Werdelin by Concepto, the independent movement manufacture based in La Chaux de Fonds. This mechanism is nicely decorated with a circular perlage and engraved with the Spido icon. Its black skeletonized rotor bears the orange LINDE WERDELIN logo. The LW 04 Caliber oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides 42 hours of power reserve.

Linde Werdelin Spidolite II Titanium Red Watch Back
The dial of Linde Werdelin SpidoLite II watch comprises two skeletonized layers. The lower level is decorated with Côtes de Genève motif and the brand’s logo, while the upper level of the dial features luminescent hour markers and a small seconds sub-dial at the 9 o’clock position. The laser-cut calendar disc is highly legible and nicely matches the background and central hands. A color combination varies depending on the model. Thus, the SpidoLite II Titanium Blue comes with a great blue-orange chromatic contrast, the SpidoLite II Titanium Red watch features a striking red dial, contrasting with black DLC elements. Finally, SpidoLite II Black Gold timepiece is distinctive by galvanised rose gold and black detailing on the upper dial. Each of them is available with a sport looking black textured calf leather strap, with either blue, red or gray anthracite stitching which depends on a model.
