Following this year’s fashion which adds neon colors to almost every part of ladies’ wardrobe, the famous Swiss watchmaker created an extravagant model, completely covered with precious stones. The new Big Bang Black Fluo watch comes in 4 versions – blue, yellow, pink and green, each produced in the Limited Edition of 250 pieces. The combination of black surface and vivid neon colors is so spectacular that it will definitely make a strong impression when it appears on a woman’s wrist.
Perhaps the Black Fluo Blue watch (References 341.SV.9090.PR.0901) with a black PVD aluminum bezel, adorned with 36 blue sapphires is my favorite version, although I am sure that many ladies will fall in love with the Black Fluo Pink (Ref. 341.SV.9090.PR.0933), marked by pink sapphires. There is also a version with yellow sapphires (341.SV.9090.PR.0911), as well as the one with 36 green tsavorites (341.SV.9090.PR.0922).
This striking timepiece has a black PVD steel case and a black dial, completely covered with 430 black diamonds weighing the total of 2.36 carats. As every other watch from the Big Bang collection, it is based on the principal of fusion. Thus, there are bezel lugs and lateral inserts made of black composite resin, a crown and push-buttons are in PVD stainless steel with a black rubber insert, while a shiny black snake skin strap comes sewn onto a black rubber with tone-on-tone neon stitching in blue, yellow, pink or green, depending on the version.
The transparent case-back is covered with anti-reflective sapphire crystal, revealing a HUB4300 self-winding chronograph movement. It is built of 278 parts, including 37 jewels. This in-house mechanism oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides the power-reserve of 42 hours.
The black dial features three chronograph sub-dials, a date window between 4 and 5 o’clock positions, as well as hands, applied numerals and indices, covered with luminescent tone-on-tone neon that matches the color of precious stones and the stitching on the strap. Finally, here is a piece of information for all those ladies who want to swim and dive with this luxury timepiece, if there is any – new Hublot Black Fluo watches are water-resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet).
