The renowned Swiss watchmaker makes another step toward strengthening relationships with its clients, by offering them an “Atelier watch” as a replacement for their personal timepieces that are left for a check-up, service or repair. Hublot “Atelier watch” is a special model that is not for general sale and it is currently available only at the brand’s boutiques.
Proud of this original concept, Hublot’s CEO, Ricardo Guadalupe, noted that it has already been offered in 49 brand’s boutiques worldwide (but it is still not available in multi-brand outlets), providing the best service in record time. “Every Hublot’s customer is an integral part of our family. While his personal watch is being taken care of, we will be very pleased to provide him with an Atelier Watch”, said Ricardo Guadalupe.
The special model that also can be called a “Courtesy Watch” will be loaned without charge to the customer, for any period of time that is required. This interesting concept that first appeared in the car industry follows the idea that customers are rather psychologically attached to the brand than to the product they purchase.
Hublot Atelier Watch has a recognizable design, based on the principle of fusion. Its case and bezel are made of black composite, just like the pin buckle. They all match perfectly with a black rubber strap and a matt black dial. Shiny stainless steel screws and the crown look pretty cool on the black composite surface. Atelier Watch is powered with a quartz movement that shows hours, minutes, seconds and date with superb accuracy. Words “NOT FOR SALE”, written on the dial, perfectly describe the idea behind this timepiece.
