Here we have yet another quite unusual and interesting timepiece from the London-based jeweler company Graff Luxury Watches. Their latest addition is the extraordinary MasterGraff Perpetual Calendar Watch which pushes the boundaries of horological innovation and design expertise.
Graff Mastergraff Perpetual Calendar Watch houses a new and exclusive proprietary Graff Caliber 7 automatic movement which is distinctly thin measuring only 7.72mm. It is especially remarkable when you consider that it includes not only a highly complex perpetual calendar complication, but also a tourbillon. The impeccable mechanism promises at least 42 hours of power reserve.
The most intriguing part of the watch is its brushed blue dial which is nicely rounded with a faceted bezel. The intricate openwork dial enables the owner of the watch to view day, date and month which are displayed in a fluid horizontal line. The two discs which show the days and months are made by using a highlycomplex scientific electroforming process which creates the matter for the discs, thus resulting in a mesmerising skeletonized effect. Its dial also comprises a tourbillon which is located at the 6 o’clock position, while a big date window is placed on the opposite side, at the 12 o’clock position. Day and month displays are situated right at the edge of the dial, above 9 and 3 o’clock positions.
There is also a leap years indicator which is located at the 4 o’clock position. If the watch remains wound, the wearer can expect the calendar to maintain the correct date all the way through the year 2100.
The tourbillon cage completes one revolution in accurately 60 seconds. This complication is a new design for the brand and features three Icon-inspired spokes, with the inverted Icon pattern on one tip indicating the second hand. One of the most amazing features of the new Mastergraff Perpetual Calendar timepiece is a 22 karat gold, offset rotor with a depth of only 2.4mm which has been skillfully integrated into the movement. The stunning rotor can be clearly seen from the rear.

Graff Caliber 7
The MasterGraff Perpetual Calendar is housed in a large platinum case measuring 46mm in diameter. Besides the eye-catching faceted bezel, the case also incorporates a diamond set crown which is yet another nice detail. This amazing timepiece is attached to an elegant black alligator leather strap which completes its overall look.
The very first perpetual calendar from Graff Luxury Watches announces continued interest in high-end watchmaking from the London-based company. We look forward to see what will be their next move.
