The Swiss luxury watch manufacturer has presented its latest creation. DeWitt Academia Double Fuseau GMT Watch represents a perfect alliance among refined aesthetics, high functionality and rigorous watchmaking mechanisms. At the same time, it perfectly combines several subtle colors. This novelty is a modern reinterpretation of the brand’s iconic model.
The elegant second time zone timepiece is created for world travelers to help them to keep in time with their loved ones at home, while they travel across the globe.

The latest DeWitt’s timepiece is equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement with a dual time zone, a calendar and a power reserve of 42 hours. The mechanism oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The inner beauty of the movement, as well as a delicate DeWitt rotor can be seen via the sapphire crystal case back.
The mink-colored dial with a sunray pattern features a well-known DeWitt imperial column motif. The dial comprises silvered Arabic numerals, a large day sub-dial at the 12 o’clock position and a date window which is located on the opposite side, at the 6 o’clock position.

DeWitt Academia Double Fuseau GMT
Academia Double Fuseau GMT watch is housed in a round case crafted from 18-karat white gold. The satin-finished and polished case measures 43mm in diameter and it is secured to the wrist with a shagreen strap, thus creating a daring contrast between the assertive character of the Academia model and an appealing aesthetic harmony. The new Academia timepiece with the referent number AC.2002.48.VDW is issued in the limited quantity of only 20 pieces.
With the new Academia Double Fuseau GMT watch, the Swiss watchmaker celebrates its tenth anniversary. The Geneva-based watchmaker DeWitt was established in 2003 by Jérôme de Witt. For the last 10 years, the company has emerged into the circle of innovative luxury watch manufacturers.
