For this summer, Chopard has prepared a new version of its famous Happy Fish model. The latest member of this feminine line of watches is available either in stainless steel or 18-karat rose gold case, both matching a beautiful turquoise mother-of-pearl dial.

As its name suggests, the new Chopard Happy Fish is housed in a round case which measures 36mm in diameter. The elegant case features a polished bezel and it is shielded with scratch-resistant sapphire crystals. Underneath the front glareproofed sapphire glass lies a shimmering turquoise mother-of-pearl dial. The design is truly magnificent with a stunning fish in rose gold with a single diamond-set eye which swims gracefully among five luminescent floating diamonds.

The beating heart of the latest member of the Chopard Happy Fish collection is a self-winding mechanical movement that provides the usual set of functions (hours, minutes and seconds). The 25 jewels movement oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour (4 Hz). The impeccable mechanism can store enough power to keep the watch ticking for approximately 42 hours when fully wound.

At its center, there is yet another fish. Actually, it is a luminous fish-shaped area which lights up at nightfall. The contemporary design perfectly combines sophisticated elegance with a touch of aquatic fantasy, which makes this sports watch at the same time playfully feminine and forcefully modern.

The new Chopard Happy Fish comes with a matching blue-turquoise alligator leather strap, fitted with a pin buckle in steel. The water resistance of the watch is assured down to 30 meters (about 100 feet).

The reverse side of the watch reveals the secrets of the Chopard’s beautiful watchmaking tradition through its transparent case back.
