Chanel extended one of its most glamorous collections with a beautiful Mademoiselle Privé Moon and Comet watch, offering a unique interface, marked by high luxury that barely any lady can resist. The idea that stands behind the Mademoiselle Privé Collection is to take objects and symbols with which Coco Chanel loved to surround herself and use them as the main motifs of remarkable feminine timepieces. This novelty presents a night sky, covered by stars, a sleepy moon face and a falling comet. The imaginative spectacle is framed with sparkling stones, giving a strong glamorous touch that is the signature of the prestigious French brand.

In the core of the Mademoiselle Privé Collection are artistic crafts which are in the service of the high-end watchmaking. This time, the exquisite art is shown by a very distinctive dial with the authentic way of showing time. Hours are indicated by a long moon-tipped hand and 12 diamond hour indices attached to a sapphire crystal ring that floats above. The central part of the blue dial looks like a night sky full of stars. It features minute indicators and an interesting curved hand, representing a falling comet.

The case of the Mademoiselle Privé Moon and Comet watch is made of white gold, with the diameter of 37.5 mm. It is adorned by 60 brilliant-cut diamonds (1.09 carats) and a cabochon-cut onyx that covers the crown. Its glamorous design goes perfectly with a beautiful gray satin strap and its pin buckle set with 80 diamonds (0.48 carats).

Like we got used to from Chanel, the aesthetic perfection is usually followed by an exquisite inner work. In order to make the moon and the comet constantly moving around the dial, the renowned manufacturer equipped the watch with an in-house self-winding mechanism, with the standard power-reserve of up to 42 hours.
