The highlight of the Auctionata’s luxury watch sale to be held online on June 7, 2013, is an extremely rare Patek Philippe Reference 2499 watch, with the starting price of €180,000. The “Luxury Watches, Pocket Watches, Wrist Watches” auction will also offer a series of important rare timepieces, from classics, such as Glashütte, Julius Assmann, Rolex and Audemars Piguet to military and aviation models of Panerai, A. Lange & Söhne and IWC.
Thanks to the renowned auction house that has already organized a series of reliable Internet auctions, bidders from all over the world will be able to participate in this interesting sale, starting at 6:00 pm CET. The auction will be realized via full HD cameras that will ensure razor-sharp close-ups of the auctioned timepieces. Beside, all interested watch fans will be able to speak with a renowned watch expert, Oliver Hoffmann, in order to get information about the items on auction.
Announced as the biggest star among 100 lots, Patek Philippe Reference 2499 18 karat yellow gold watch has already generated winning bids of over €500,000. This extremely rare timepiece with a mechanism produced in 1953 that comes in a gold case from 1961, features an integrated, bi-compax chronograph, a perpetual calendar, a moon-phase indicator and a tachymeter scale.

Auctionata will also offer an exquisite pair of Patek Philippe Nautilus watches in yellow gold, with original packaging and documents. The first one under the referent number 4700/054, with a Calibre E19c has the starting price of €10,000, while Patek Philippe Ref. 3800/003, with a Calibre 335sc will firstly be offered for €5,000. Marked by its rarity, there is a very interesting Panerai Radiomir 3646 from 1944 to be offered for € 30,000, as well as Tissot F1 watch in yellow gold, from the limited edition of 20 pieces, specially created for the Formula 1 drivers of the time. The starting price of this cool piece will be € 5,000.
