New Seamaster Planet Ocean watches were Omega’s choices for the first promotion of this renowned Swiss brand, at Baselworld 2011. Professional divers’ timepieces for both, men and women, with new designs and advanced readability, possess superb quality, which already set highest standards for entire sport watch industry.

Omega Seamaster

Since it was launched for the first time, at Baselworld 2005, Seamaster Planet Ocean line has been admired worldwide for its durability, high performances under the water, stable and reliable mechanism and finally, for its unmatched style.

Considering this fact, it isn’t surprise that Omega decided to expend this successful watch family. As we can see from a high level of attention that New Seamaster Planet Ocean got at the watch show in Basel, Swiss watchmaker hasn’t made a mistake. New variations come in several colors, with leather or steel bracelets, titanium cases and Omega Co-Axial automatic movement.

New Seamaster Planet Ocean watches have the same, high functionality, as earlier models. Tough materials, unidirectional rotating bezels and helium escape valves provide the amazing water resistance up to 60 bar / 600 metres / 2000 feet.

However, timepieces in the new Planet Ocean line are covered with white Super-LumiNova, which emits a blue light as well as polished, facetted rhodium-plated hands, providing a much better readability for divers in extreme conditions.

Classic timepieces. I’m expecting to see one of them on the James Bond’s wrist.
