The original Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern (Ref. No. 623.22.15) is an excellent and exclusive watch from the series that consists of only 2012 pieces. It is a great and innovative men’s wristwatch from the Art Edition of Fortis timepieces (that also includes the Fortis B-42 Black Black Watch).

Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern Watch 623.22.15 KThis wonderful product from Fortis Watches includes a round stainless steel case. The two-part case is 40 mm wide and 12 mm thick. The case back is screw-down and individually numbered. A crown with the Fortis logo is also included. Swiss Self-Winding Movement

Inside the circular case, the amazing Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern Watch for men is equipped with a highly reliable and punctual, automatic mechanical Swiss-made movement 200, with 25 jewels and 28,800 semi-vibrations per hour. To improve the toughness and overall reliability, Fortis has included the Incablock shock absorber. When reviewing this lovely timepiece, one should also underline its ability to withstand water pressure to 200 meters.

Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern Watch 623.22.15 KProbably the best feature of this fine watch is its original and captivating dial. This fine wristwatch has a nice grey silver dial with a skeleton ring. The interesting dial also possesses black, blue and yellow accents, and a black sweeping second hand. This beautiful product also includes hands that feature rather fresh design and a date display.

There are four available versions of the amazing Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern Watch, depending on different types of bracelets. The incredible wristwatch with the designation 623.22.15 M features a silver-tone stainless steel bracelet, 20 mm wide and of standard men’s length (all the bands have exactly the same dimensions and they all fasten with fold-over clasps). The stainless steel bracelet version of the Fortis Limited Art Edition Mattern timepiece for men is worth around $2,375.

I like the dial with a skeleton ring, it looks great. Also, this watch has great features, like 200 meters water resistance and most of all, a great movement which is very, very reliable. The only drawback that it has is a silicon strap. It would look much better if there was a model with a leather strap.

Rafael, you`re absolutely right. I hate those silicon straps. Especially the color of the straps. When have you seen a man wearing a watch with a blue or yellow silicon strap?! A true men’s watch is with a stainless steel bracelet and a large round case. This isn`t a men’s watch.

$2200 is a too much for this kind of watch. I bought a Certina for $1700 and my watch is much better than this one. Let`s be honest and say that this watch is really worth about $400. I don`t know what kind of man can buy this watch. One is sure, anyone who buys this watch isn`t a real man.
