As the Official Timing Partner of the Tour of France, Festina unveiled a new man’s Chrono Bike 2014 Limited Edition watch which clearly emphasizes the brand’s affiliation with the cycling world. The newest member of the iconic Chrono Bike collection perfectly combines sleek, black ip detailings with rose gold ip finishes.

The designers from Festina housed a new watch in a sporty and eye-catching stainless steel case which measures 44mm in diameter. The robust chronograph is shielded with a scratch resistant sapphire glass and it is constructed to resist water pressure up to 100 meters (circa 330 feet). The watch’s bezel is coated with black IP and burnt copper treatment that enhances its durability.

Underneath the sapphire glass with 3 layers anti-reflection lies a vibrant dial with black surface and rose gold ip sub-dial hands and central seconds hand, while the hour and minute hands feature silver color. Hands and indices are filled with luminescent substance for better legibility in low light conditions.

Like all watches from this range, the new Chrono Bike Tour de France Limited Edition 2014 with the referent number F16776/1 brings the purest sport style that characterizes this collection. It boasts a serrated bezel, indices and sub-dials which are reminiscences of a chainring, the wheels and sprockets on a bicycle, thus once again honoring the Tour of France.

The beating heart of the new Festina chronograph is a precise and reliable Quartz movement. The watch is secured to the wearer’s wrist with a stainless steel bracelet with burnt copper IP treatment. The watch can be purchased for €405 (approximately $540).
