The Swiss-made ETA 2824-2 automatic movement, incorporated in this watch, guarantees high precision and reliability for a long time. The movement provides the full complement of hours, minutes, central seconds, as well as a date function.

It is lovely to finally see a watch with the day and date in Certina. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time. I have a small collection of Certina watches, and this watch was missing in that collection for years. Now it is here and it is time for me to complete my collection with a new Certina Day Date watch. Thank you, manufacturers, you provided me with a new watch to complete my dream. This watch looks nice, but there are a couple of reasons why I will decide to buy a model with a leather strap instead of the model with a steel bracelet. First of all, I like leather straps, secondly, I like simple watches with universal and ordinary design, and thirdly, the model with a leather strap looks much better than the model with a steel bracelet.
I don`t like this watch at all. It is too ordinary and old fashioned, and this kind of watch is simply not my favourite. I`m a sportsman and I need that kind of watch. Day – date on the dial is a good and interesting addition, but the whole design of the watch is bad.
The interface is perfect. Anyway I prefer black PVD coating body and steel bracelet.
