The chronograph from the Bulova Accutron Curacao series features a circular stainless steel case that has 43 mm in diameter. It also features a screw case back and a resilient construction that enables this lovely Bulova Accutron to be water resistant to depths up to 300 meters. Its ability to withstand water pressures insures added toughness and enables the owner to wear this fantastic timepiece in virtually every imaginable situation: it is great for the beach, suitable for sports and elegant enough for business meetings, as well as for going out.
Swiss Quartz Movement
The Bulova Accutron Curacao Chronograph has a unidirectional rotating stainless steel bezel with triangular, circle and Roman numerals as the hour markers on it. The alluring patterned dial has a tachymeter on its outer edge, and also includes three chronograph sub dials (at the three, six and nine o’clock positions). A small date display is also included (situated at the four o’clock position). This cool and elegant timepiece also possesses an easily visible yellow sweeping second hand. To secure the ultimate precision and punctuality, Bulova has included the reliable Swiss quartz Ronda 5030.D movement. The smart dial is safely protected with a curved sapphire crystal with an antireflective treatment.
There are four existing versions of the multi-functional Bulova Accutron Curacao Chronograph. The first is the model 63B144 which has a blue dial and a silver-colored three-row stainless steel bracelet. The blue Accuton Curacao costs $825. There are also three available variations that include patterned anthracite dials. The model 65B138 has a black-ion plated bezel and a two-tone stainless steel bracelet (black and silver), and costs $800. The model 65B139 has a black-ion plating on its case and bezel, and includes a patterned black rubber strap (this version is $675 worth). The final variation is the model 64B113 which has a rose-gold plated case and accents, as well as an embossed black rubber strap (available for $825).
Wow!! This watch is really great for the beach, sports, business meetings…for winter and summer!! I prefer the model with black-ion plating on its case and bezel and black rubber strap! IT IS SO GOOD !!
I agree with Ben. I have this watch and it’s really for all occasions and for all the praise! My model has a black-ion plated bezel and a two-tone stainless steel bracelet (black and silver).. It looks very powerful and elegant !!
