This year, Baume & Mercier enriched its range with the new Clifton collection of men’s watches. The Maison’s latest addition represents a milestone in the brand’s long history. Each Clifton timepiece is inspired by the iconic model that dates back to the 1950’s.

At SIHH 2013, Baume & Mercier offered two classical looking men’s timepieces crafted from the 18-karats red gold. A polished and satin-finished red gold case measures 39mm in diameter and 9.41mm in thickness. It is shielded with antiglare scratch-resistant sapphire crystals and provides water resistance of up to 50 meters (about 165 feet). The guaranteed minimum gold weight is 24.86 grams.

The Warm Gold Tone Brings the Elegance to the Higher Level

Clifton Automatic 18-Karats Red Gold Watch is equipped with the Swiss-made automatic mechanical caliber Sellita SW300. The 25 jewels movement provides 42 hours of power reserve and oscillates at the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The impeccable mechanism that represents a genuine alternative for the ETA 2892 movement features oscillating weight personalized with snailed decor & Côtes de Genève decor, circular-grained bridges, as well as black & rhodium-plated screws. All movement’s components are meticulously finished.
